Revised July 2026Guidelines:
- 7 days in advance is required for all events.
- To reserve a room for an event you may submit by email at info@mbs.church, or visit the Parish Office to submit your form.
- All requests must have confirmed approval from the Parish Office.
- Recurring events can be scheduled up to 6 months in advance; special exceptions are made for Special Events/Receptions and Diocesan events.
- Sporting events such as basketball, volleyball, and pickleball activities will be allowed in the gym. No soccer or baseball is permitted in the gym.
- Recurring Parish functions are scheduled for the fiscal year (July 1–June 30) in advance.
- Cancellation Policy: We prefer at least 72 hours' notice made to the Parish Office so we may accommodate those on the waitlist.
- No Show Policy: If prior notice has not been made, future calendar events may be canceled at the Office's discretion.
- No sales or solicitations of any kind should be made without prior approval. All vendors must have Parish approval.
- Must meet Safe Environment requirements. Contact Yvette Crumly for more details at ycrumly@mbs.church.

6:00 AM – 9:00 PM Monday - Friday, Saturday 6:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 6:00AM - 5:00PM
*Building must be vacated by 9:00 PMRoom Availability:
9:00 AM-9:00 PM Monday - Friday, Saturday 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Sunday 8:00 AM-5:00 PM
Requests can only be made six months in advance.
No events are permitted during dates designated by the Pastor, Parish-wide events, Holy Week (Palm Sunday through Easter Sunday) The Parish reserves the right to deny or revoke any reservation at its discretion.Available Rooms:- Classroom 1, 2, 8–11

Fee Schedule
Facility / Use Fee Notes Parish Hall $450 ($300 rental + $150 cleaning) Includes basic setup and cleanup. Parish Hall + Kitchen $550 ($400 rental + $150 cleaning) Includes basic setup and cleanup. Gym $60/month or $600/year Max 2 hours/week. Additional hours $30/hr. Facility Maintenance Fund $100/year (non-refundable) Required for recurring gym use. Ministry Meetings No Charge Recognized parish ministries. Event Insurance $95/event Required for Parish Hall events. Fees
- Fees are subject to the Pastor's approval and may change at any time.
- Payment is due when the contract is signed.
Reservation Requirements
- 30-day advance notice required.
- Reservation approval is at the discretion of the Parish Office.
- Insurance is required for special events.
Facility Guidelines
- Remove all trash before leaving.
- Event hours: 9:00 AM–9:00 PM.
- Follow all parish policies.
